this song is pure poetry. it's shakespeare for gods sakes, shall i compare thee to a summer's day? and the comparisons they make are beautiful. excellent vocals is what makes this band better than your average bear.

Favourite verse, it's just so pretty and it sung so well. Gives me butterflies. Not sure what it's about, i guess it's open to interpretation.
I definitely agree with hab204, it reminds me very strongly of Shakespeare, only in more modern poetic terms. I LOVE THIS SONG! Every thing that she compares him to, "bright red boots, if they had wings", "a smile rising", etc. is so creative and beautiful, and very true when you're in love. It's so true, too, because things can be going so well that you're afraid they'll come crashing down. Enjoy the love while you can is basically what she's trying to say.

I LOVE that line. It sums up love when you're obsessed with someone. Everything reminds her of him so theres actually nothing left to be able to compare to his magficence. There's just him.
