this song has a great sound. it reminds me of 'fool around'. it seems like its about that common situation where a guy likes a girl enough to be strung along by her as she goes for other guys.

This is one of the most beautiful songs I've ever heard. The hushed vocals are perfect for the lyrics.

I agree wholeheartedly with all above comments...I don't really have much to add...except that I feel this song is about being one of two people, loved by a third. That has to be an odd situation...loving someone...who is with you...but loves another..probably more than you....hrmm

i've discovered this song only recently. it is very touching, maybe perhaps it reflects my situation as it is right now - being in a relationship with somebody who loves someone else. my favourite from the song part is: "and he's always waiting, so we never argue, do we?". i know thi situation so well when you don't dear to say anything just because you know that the person might walk out on you any given minute and there is sb else waiting. beautifu song.

I personally feel that "In this whole world the beat in my heart is your feet when you're walking" is one of the most beautiful/romantic verses ever written.
