Call Louise Louisa do
I assess myself through you
Call Louise Louisa do
I had such a night
Come true
Overhead
Morning skies all for you

What a day I have had
What a day I have had
Now it's over, isn't it?
What a day I have had
What a day I have had
Now it's over, isn't it?
There goes Louisa
There goes Louisa

Dig out yourself from rubble
Removing all your skin
And don't ever think of trouble
The darkness that has been
No, don't patronize with sorrow
I don't mean to

I'm in a car
I don't know where we are headed for
Stay with me
Don't want to be alone

This is a beautiful song that I think has a couple of meanings and of course with Mew it could be anything. I think he loves Louisa for sure and it appears that he just died in an accident but I can't tell if she died with him or if he's watching over her. In any case, I think the song is about love transcending over to the other side and keeping watch over those you care about.

    My Opinion

I have a theory about this song (REALLY crazy) This song is the romantic love in all his ways to be. This song can have the name you want, becouse, this song is pure love, and the love (romantic love I mean) it's different depending on the individual, and depending on the individual the love It's represented by one person, and the name of that special person, It's your synonymous of love. In this case, the name synonymous of love is Louise/Louisa (Can be gay or lesbian, why not?), but that's for the singer, you can gave to this song the name you want, becouse this song It's love, and the love have the synonymous that you want it to have. I don't know if I explain well, but It's my opinion. GREAT song, one of my favorites of all the time.

I love this song more than life, it used to make me cry. Christ the ending. Also I love the name Louisa, even though it's basically just the Danish pronounciation of Louise. Hmmw el actually no. Oh what the hell I love it.

One of the absolute best songs from Mew ever. Has the second best song ending in the world. The best song ending is in JJ72 - Oiche Mhaith

Great song. Sad that so few people have commented.

The gentle piano work and drums really accompany Jonas' vocals so well. When the chorus hits, the sound is overwhelming dreamy. I get goosebumps on my forearms...

Silas is just an amazing drummer. There isn't even really a beat during that drum break part it's just pure amazing drumming. I was blown away.

Son Şansın - Şarkı Sözleri
Hayalperest
This song seemingly tackles the methods of deception those who manipulate others use to get victims to follow their demands, as well as diverting attention away from important issues. They'll also use it as a means to convince people to hate or kill others by pretending acts of terrorism were committed by the enemy when the acts themselves were done by the masters of control to promote discrimination and hate. It also reinforces the idea that these manipulative forces operate in various locations, infiltrating everyday life without detection, and propagate any and everywhere. In general, it highlights the danger of hidden agendas, manipulation, and distraction, serving as a critique of those who exploit chaos and confusion to control and gain power, depicting a cautionary tale against falling into their traps. It encourages us to question the narratives presented to us and remain vigilant against manipulation in various parts of society.

Just A Little Lovin'
Dusty Springfield
I don't think it's necessarily about sex. It's about wanting to start the day with some love and affection. Maybe a warm cuddle. I'm not alone in interpreting it that way! For example: "'Just a Little Lovin’ is a timeless country song originally recorded by Eddy Arnold in 1954. The song, written by Eddie Miller and Jimmy Campbell, explores the delicate nuances of love and showcases Arnold’s emotive vocals. It delves into the universal theme of love and how even the smallest gesture of affection can have a profound impact on our lives." https://oldtimemusic.com/the-meaning-behind-the-song-just-a-little-lovin-by-eddy-arnold/

Magical
Ed Sheeran
How would you describe the feeling of being in love? For Ed Sheeran, the word is “Magical.” in HIS three-minute album opener, he makes an attempt to capture the beauty and delicacy of true love with words. He describes the magic of it all over a bright Pop song produced by Aaron Dessner.

Amazing
Ed Sheeran
Ed Sheeran tells a story of unsuccessfully trying to feel “Amazing.” This track is about the being weighed down by emotional stress despite valiant attempts to find some positivity in the situation. This track was written by Ed Sheeran from the perspective of his friend. From the track, we see this person fall deeper into the negative thoughts and slide further down the path of mental torment with every lyric.

Plastic Bag
Ed Sheeran
“Plastic Bag” is a song about searching for an escape from personal problems and hoping to find it in the lively atmosphere of a Saturday night party. Ed Sheeran tells the story of his friend and the myriad of troubles he is going through. Unable to find any solutions, this friend seeks a last resort in a party and the vanity that comes with it. “I overthink and have trouble sleepin’ / All purpose gone and don’t have a reason / And there’s no doctor to stop this bleedin’ / So I left home and jumped in the deep end,” Ed Sheeran sings in verse one. He continues by adding that this person is feeling the weight of having disappointed his father and doesn’t have any friends to rely on in this difficult moment. In the second verse, Ed sings about the role of grief in his friend’s plight and his dwindling faith in prayer. “Saturday night is givin’ me a reason to rely on the strobe lights / The lifeline of a promise in a shot glass, and I’ll take that / If you’re givin’ out love from a plastic bag,” Ed sings on the chorus, as his friend turns to new vices in hopes of feeling better.
