This is about bronies. They communicate by stomping.
Ten out of ten for a race already run
Bleeding the world cause they can't figure out what's wrong
So come back down from your daydream high
Lost for words when you sympathize
There's a million ways to believe you tried
Well I'm unsatisfied
Unsatisfied
Just sick and tired of all I've tried
Unsatisfied
So long since someone lit up your life
So long since you heard from the world outside
Tell yourself its a part of the plan
Knock you low to find out where you stand
There's a million ways to believe you can
Well I'm unsatisfied
Unsatisfied
Just sick and tired of all I've tried
Unsatisfied
You should look where you're going
Or where you're gonna hide
You should be feeling something
Of another life
Unsatisfied
Unsatisfied
Unsatisfied
So why'd you want to hide
Every little lie
Keeps it inside
Unsatisfied
Bleeding the world cause they can't figure out what's wrong
So come back down from your daydream high
Lost for words when you sympathize
There's a million ways to believe you tried
Well I'm unsatisfied
Unsatisfied
Just sick and tired of all I've tried
Unsatisfied
So long since someone lit up your life
So long since you heard from the world outside
Tell yourself its a part of the plan
Knock you low to find out where you stand
There's a million ways to believe you can
Well I'm unsatisfied
Unsatisfied
Just sick and tired of all I've tried
Unsatisfied
You should look where you're going
Or where you're gonna hide
You should be feeling something
Of another life
Unsatisfied
Unsatisfied
Unsatisfied
So why'd you want to hide
Every little lie
Keeps it inside
Unsatisfied

Son Şansın - Şarkı Sözleri
Hayalperest
Hayalperest
This song seemingly tackles the methods of deception those who manipulate others use to get victims to follow their demands, as well as diverting attention away from important issues. They'll also use it as a means to convince people to hate or kill others by pretending acts of terrorism were committed by the enemy when the acts themselves were done by the masters of control to promote discrimination and hate. It also reinforces the idea that these manipulative forces operate in various locations, infiltrating everyday life without detection, and propagate any and everywhere.
In general, it highlights the danger of hidden agendas, manipulation, and distraction, serving as a critique of those who exploit chaos and confusion to control and gain power, depicting a cautionary tale against falling into their traps. It encourages us to question the narratives presented to us and remain vigilant against manipulation in various parts of society.
Mountain Song
Jane's Addiction
Jane's Addiction
Jane's Addiction vocalist Perry Farrell gives Adam Reader some heartfelt insight into Jane’s Addiction's hard rock manifesto "Mountain Song", which was the second single from their revolutionary album Nothing's Shocking. Mountain song was first recorded in 1986 and appeared on the soundtrack to the film Dudes starring Jon Cryer. The version on Nothing's Shocking was re-recorded in 1988.
"'Mountain Song' was actually about... I hate to say it but... drugs. Climbing this mountain and getting as high as you can, and then coming down that mountain," reveals Farrell. "What it feels to descend from the mountain top... not easy at all. The ascension is tough but exhilarating. Getting down is... it's a real bummer. Drugs is not for everybody obviously. For me, I wanted to experience the heights, and the lows come along with it."
"There's a part - 'Cash in now honey, cash in Miss Smith.' Miss Smith is my Mother; our last name was Smith. Cashing in when she cashed in her life. So... she decided that, to her... at that time, she was desperate. Life wasn't worth it for her, that was her opinion. Some people think, never take your life, and some people find that their life isn't worth living. She was in love with my Dad, and my Dad was not faithful to her, and it broke her heart. She was very desperate and she did something that I know she regrets."
Punchline
Ed Sheeran
Ed Sheeran
Ed Sheeran sings about missing his former partner and learning important life lessons in the process on “Punchline.” This track tells a story of battling to get rid of emotions for a former lover, whom he now realized might not have loved him the same way. He’s now caught between accepting that fact and learning life lessons from it and going back to beg her for another chance.
Midnight

Ed Sheeran
“Midnight” is a song about finding a love that is so true that it provides a calming feeling through every storm. Ed Sheeran reflects on his good fortunes in landing someone with such peace and support and speaks of not fearing the dark days because he knows they’ll all end in the safety nets of her arms.
“Well, good morning there / What a way to start the day / With everything laid bare,” Ed Sheeran sings in the first verse, enthusiastic to be waking up beside his woman. He apologizes for missing her calls in the second verse and promises to return them because for him, speaking to her is the most important thing. “Well, I get lost inside my head / In this chaos, you’re my calm / And I will find my feet again / ‘Cause еven the worst days of my life will always еnd / At midnight in your arms,” sings Ed Sheeran in the chorus, revelling in his good luck.
I think this song is about being unimpressed with your own achievements - knowing you can do better - although you can easily lie to yourself under the pretence that what you have achieved is good.
Could we get some lyrics for, I dunno, Ilana song or something?
These guys live are just... .. just go and see them, okay?
I agree with Blaize; its about wishing you could do everything better, just being secretly unhappy with everything you do despite the results. This is my favourite NBA song.
It's about being tired of trying to get something you're really good at, and about being unsatisfied with life.
yeah wonderful song, i always think about teens
This is pretty much how i feel right now. I think a lot more people can relate to this song than any of paris hiltons or any other wannabes who call themselves singers. I know i can say that without offending any1 because no Nine Black Alps fan would ever likethem. ROCK ON!
This song is amazing. It's like you can feel Sam's pain through the song. The way he sings it is just so emotional, like there's something not right in his life or something missing. He doesn't know what it is and he doesn't want to be stuck in a dream world and no matter what he does he's unsatisfied with the world. I've seen Nine Black Alps live twice already this year in Nottingham and at Leeds Festival and I'm off to see them for a third time in Norwich, they're just so amazing.
it`s a great song coz i also put my feelings into it.
Blaize?
Matt, is that you?
I suppose it's unlikely you'll frequent this page 3 years after you originally posted but oh well.
Love this song, and lyrically everyone's hit the nail on the head... unhappy with your own achievements or what you're doing. Wanting more but not sure where it'll come from.
well i commented three years before you did. Anyway, see how I crushed everyone in realizing how good this song was? I'm so cool.
