This song is amazing!!! I love it so much, rele sums up me and a lad atm, well thats not hard i think every sad song dus! Says he loves me but hes got a gf! yeah i kno im bein played but this is so the same!

i think this is about a break-up. he really loves this girl but hes breakin up with her - its great to hear a breakup from the point of view of the person who's breakin up with someone - its always the other way roud. no one ever thinks of the person that did the breaking up - it is sometimes as hard for them letting go too. it makes me think of when i left my ex - i still love him very much, but our relationship had just come to a natural end - i never wanted it to, but it just felt like it was the end.
I think that this song is about someone who has to leave someone behind on the road to success. The "Angels" that he can hear calling to him are the angels of his dreams - what he has wanted all of his life. The "somewhere" he has to be could be the place where he has to travel to in order to achieve his dreams. He doesn't want to leave this girl behind ("don't think that this is easy"), but he knows that she will be ok without him ("you'll be fine") . He also wants her approval - when he says "if you believe, say a prayer for me", he is saying to the girl if she beleives in him, and believes that he is capable of achieving whatever it is that he is leaving for, he wants her to hope that everything works out for him. I think it's such a sweet song, and I also think that he's very brave - I don't think that I could leave a relationship that special for many things

I'm not sure but i think its like a suicide note to a friend or girlfriend etc. Maybe not but Nick Atkinson was suicidal so that may have been the inspiration for this song.
i think this is the final thoughts of someone dying. It could be directed at their gf/bf or even a family member. They cant say goodbye outloud, and for that they are sorry. They want to leave so that the other person can move on, even though they will never forget each other.
I also think this is a suicide song, say a prayer for me, almost is saying think I've gone to a 'better place', angels calling, the angels of 'heaven'.
I don't think this is about suicide - he doesn't sound like he wants to die, or give any reason to really suggest suicide.
What seems more likely to me is that it's from the point of view of someone with a terminal illness or injury or something that means they're going to die.
"so if you believe, say a prayer for me" I think that means pray that I'll live through it, but then he knows he won't survive because he goes on to say he won't be here tomorrow.
