It's all about you (it's about you)
It's all about you, baby (it's all about)
It's all about you (it's about you)
It's all about you

Yesterday, you asked me something I thought you knew
So I told you with a smile, "It's all about you"
Then you whispered in my ear and you told me too
Said, "You make my life worthwhile, it's all about you"

And I would answer all your wishes
If you asked me to
But if you deny me one of your kisses
Don't know what I'd do
So hold me close and say three words, like you used to do
Dancing on the kitchen tiles
It's all about you, yeah

And I would answer all your wishes
If you asked me to
But if you deny me one of your kisses
Don't know what I'd do
So hold me close and say three words, like you used to do
Dancing on the kitchen tiles
Yes, you make my life worthwhile
So I told you with a smile
It's all about you

It's all about you (it's about you)
It's all about you, baby (it's all about)
It's all about you (it's about you)
It's all about you, baby
It's all about you (it's about you)
It's all about you, baby (it's all about you)
It's all about you (it's about you)
It's all about you
It's all about you

i like this song....Oooo come on don't be hard on me it's for comic relief! i do kinda like the solo in this too, kinda spanishy sounding, the meaning is obvious, like most mcfly songs, about a girl, who he loves........no, seriouly, i do like this. I didn't when i first herad it, i thought it was a total crap song with a weird orchestra but it has grown on me, i don't hate it, but i don't love it.

i kind of feel sorry for Mcfly. a lot of people, me included, hated them without actually listening to their music. I dont like Busted's music, so when i heard about Mcfly i automatically hated theirs. But single after decent single, i have to admit, i do like them. :) and this song just made me cry, but i think thats more to do with the mumps.

I have to say, i do really like this song. I agree that a lot of people presume that they are going to be a Busted clone. They are obviously similar in some ways. But I have a lot of respect for them as they are only my age and have had a number 1 album and countless singles at number 1, and have thousands of screaming fans at them every week. So who cares if they make pop songs that can be a bit cheesy. They're making a lot of money out of it, so all power to them. Plus as much as i hate to admit they are pretty hot.

I LOVE MCFLY. I seriously do, I hate pop, but I really love McFly, I like bands like Blood Brothers, Senses Fail, From First to Last, etc. but I really do love McFly. This song is amazing, they're nothing like Busted, they have catchy riffs, actually have a drummer, to the typical sterotypers who like pop, yeah, they are a clone of Busted, but people who understand stuff like this or arn't ignorant [oooh i'm being all elite here] can actually realise there's a huge difference between the two bands. In conclusion, I love Mcfly & I honestly don't give a shit if you don't.

Ok, McFly sing a load of crap and 99.99% of the time its about a girl they can't get (yeah as if, you have girls kissing the ground you walk on) but the songs are just happy and junk so they're cool!

MCFLY ROCK! yay! this song is not only catchy, but it has been chart-topping since its release! Mcfly are a more rock version of busted i guess.

i think mcfly have proven themselves to be a big hit, all around the world, even in tiny Singapore where i'm from. they've changed people's views of them.

i love mcfly and there's nothing you can do to chang e that.

Ok I hated McFly when they came out to the point that when the guy with the big chin and the funny voice would come on TV I would get so angry I would throw things at it. I was a busted fan mainly for the reason I fancied the pants of Matt. To be brutally honest Busted couldn't sing live for crap. In fact I got embarrassed to watch them live because they were so bad. Then McFly released this song and the B-side "you've got a friend" ( when I first saw the video for that I wept) any hoo this song has like heroin qualities in that I can't go a day without listening to it at least three times, I sing it all day and play it on my guitar. It's starting to worry both my parents. But the truth be told McFly are brilliant wee performers, they play and sing well live, there songs are like addictive and lets face it the lead singer's husky voice makes me weak at the knees. ( I was so scared to admit I liked them, but it’s ok people if you’re a McFly Junkie come out and say it )

Fast Car
Tracy Chapman
"Fast car" is kind of a continuation of Bruce Springsteen's "Born to Run." It has all the clawing your way to a better life, but in this case the protagonist never makes it with her love; in fact she is dragged back down by him. There is still an amazing amount of hope and will in the lyrics; and the lyrics themselve rank and easy five. If only music was stronger it would be one of those great radio songs that you hear once a week 20 years after it was released. The imagery is almost tear-jerking ("City lights lay out before us", "Speeds so fast felt like I was drunk"), and the idea of starting from nothing and just driving and working and denigrating yourself for a chance at being just above poverty, then losing in the end is just painful and inspiring at the same time.

Son Şansın - Şarkı Sözleri
Hayalperest
This song seemingly tackles the methods of deception those who manipulate others use to get victims to follow their demands, as well as diverting attention away from important issues. They'll also use it as a means to convince people to hate or kill others by pretending acts of terrorism were committed by the enemy when the acts themselves were done by the masters of control to promote discrimination and hate. It also reinforces the idea that these manipulative forces operate in various locations, infiltrating everyday life without detection, and propagate any and everywhere. In general, it highlights the danger of hidden agendas, manipulation, and distraction, serving as a critique of those who exploit chaos and confusion to control and gain power, depicting a cautionary tale against falling into their traps. It encourages us to question the narratives presented to us and remain vigilant against manipulation in various parts of society.

Mountain Song
Jane's Addiction
Jane's Addiction vocalist Perry Farrell gives Adam Reader some heartfelt insight into Jane’s Addiction's hard rock manifesto "Mountain Song", which was the second single from their revolutionary album Nothing's Shocking. Mountain song was first recorded in 1986 and appeared on the soundtrack to the film Dudes starring Jon Cryer. The version on Nothing's Shocking was re-recorded in 1988. "'Mountain Song' was actually about... I hate to say it but... drugs. Climbing this mountain and getting as high as you can, and then coming down that mountain," reveals Farrell. "What it feels to descend from the mountain top... not easy at all. The ascension is tough but exhilarating. Getting down is... it's a real bummer. Drugs is not for everybody obviously. For me, I wanted to experience the heights, and the lows come along with it." "There's a part - 'Cash in now honey, cash in Miss Smith.' Miss Smith is my Mother; our last name was Smith. Cashing in when she cashed in her life. So... she decided that, to her... at that time, she was desperate. Life wasn't worth it for her, that was her opinion. Some people think, never take your life, and some people find that their life isn't worth living. She was in love with my Dad, and my Dad was not faithful to her, and it broke her heart. She was very desperate and she did something that I know she regrets."

Just A Little Lovin'
Dusty Springfield
I don't think it's necessarily about sex. It's about wanting to start the day with some love and affection. Maybe a warm cuddle. I'm not alone in interpreting it that way! For example: "'Just a Little Lovin’ is a timeless country song originally recorded by Eddy Arnold in 1954. The song, written by Eddie Miller and Jimmy Campbell, explores the delicate nuances of love and showcases Arnold’s emotive vocals. It delves into the universal theme of love and how even the smallest gesture of affection can have a profound impact on our lives." https://oldtimemusic.com/the-meaning-behind-the-song-just-a-little-lovin-by-eddy-arnold/
