Buster, he sold the heat with a rock-steady beat

An earthquake is erupting, but not in Orange street
A ghost-dance is preparing, You got to help us with your feet
If you're not in the mood to dance, step back, grab yourself a seat
This may not be uptown Jamaica, but we promise you a treat

Buster, bowl me over with your bogus dance, shuffle me off my feet
Even if I keep on runnin', I'll never get to Orange street

So I'll say there's nothin' left to say, for the man who set the beat
So I'll leave it up to you out there, to get him back on his feet

Buster, bowl me over with your bogus dance, shuffle me off my feet
Even if I'll keep on runnin', I'll never get to Orange Street

Bring back the
Who is the
We want the

Madness were heavily influenced by ska and reggae. This is a tribute to their favourite Prince Buster (the band was named after a song by him, and they even covered it themselves)

Big fans of Prince Buster Lee wrote a tribute to him including references to him not to mention play on words around PB songs. Orange Street is not only a song by PB(108 Orange St)but also the address where PB had his shop named Prince Buster's One Stop, add to this Ghostdance and Earthquake again two PB singles it's the perfect tribute. It's also about how at the time they thought that there was this great street in downtown Kingston which was throbbing with the latest ska sounds and no matter how hard they tried they'd never get there as it was so far away. i seem to remember PB sued the band for royalties as it sounded like another of his songs.

I'll have to stop fucking around.

When I listen to the Prince, I only have ears for the bass line. Lack of objectivity here.

Don't you think Madness boys are very good musicians? People who saw them live seem to think they are and always have been. When the drummer and the bass player get along well, when in fact they're old mates, the beat's faultless and so are the four others. And Chas' dancing is perfect of course.

Amazing the amount of crap I've written. I've done too much. To really know how it was, Madness in its prime, I'm much too young.

Standing On The Edge Of Summer

In regards to the meaning of this song: Before a live performance on the EP Five Stories Falling, Geoff states “It’s about the last time I went to visit my grandmother in Columbus, and I saw that she was dying and it was the last time I was going to see her. It is about realizing how young you are, but how quickly you can go.” That’s the thing about Geoff and his sublime poetry, you think it’s about one thing, but really it’s about something entirely different. But the lyrics are still universal and omnipresent, ubiquitous, even. So relatable. That’s one thing I love about this band. I also love their live performances, raw energy and Geoff’s beautiful, imperfectly perfect vocals. His voice soothes my aching soul.

“Blue” is a song about a love that is persisting in the discomfort of the person experiencing the emotion. Ed Sheeran reflects on love lost, and although he wishes his former partner find happiness, he cannot but admit his feelings are still very much there. He expresses the realization that he might never find another on this stringed instrumental by Aaron Dessner.

Page
Ed Sheeran
There aren’t many things that’ll hurt more than giving love a chance against your better judgement only to have your heart crushed yet again. Ed Sheeran tells such a story on “Page.” On this track, he is devastated to have lost his lover and even more saddened by the feeling that he may never move on from this.
