anyways. This song is all about a failed relationship. She hurt and tortured him (emotionally), until he started hating her- "Shallow this hatred that presses it's finger to my lips". But she's not gonna stop now... "Be warned, she'll kill us all". Like no matter how he hard he tries to walk away from this relationship he'll never be able to beacuse shes always there watching him... or something like that. I know my my interpretation sucks but at least I tried...

I love the signing / screaming of "be warned" ... just gives it a great edge the song, and can think of how to apply such emotion to so many different meanings (not just the intended one in this song).
