So little work with lyrically, such a great song.
I think it's about fucking up and trying to justify yourself. somebody else should really post here, because this is a phenomenal band, and id love to know what other people think of these songs.
I've had this album for about a year and i never could understand very many of the lyrics. They're a great jam band; one of the few albums i can listen to all the way through w/o realizing it. Now that i've found the lyrics ill take some time to come up w/ thoughtful responses for their songs meanings
I think the term jam band takes a lot away from this band. They do not just go up and jam. Everything they do is thought through and "carefully planned".
i hardly meant their music was aleatoric...i meant that they sure can rock out
this song means something when you share it with someone. but yeah, its about fucking up. now, i know you well...
