Sinatra Lyrics
Become the man I believe I am
Now I know that I’ve got to try
To become a man
Lay down in the quiet
Love my girl, get a job, feed the world, choose a god
To make it work tomorrow
Cause its night and I fear the wolf
He says one thing but does another
Never wanted the blood
Now I can see the day
Now that I've buried my life away
Can I dig it out again?
There is no freedom in life without freedom of mind
I find myself running from fate
Whether or not I'm haunted by circumstance
Every day, rearranging
Remembering a reason to be born
Taking back the hope that men destroy
Oh buried your life when you can fill it up with joy
There is no freedom in life without freedom of mind
I find myself running from fate
Whether or not I'm haunted by circumstance
Every day rearranging
Hole in the cloud from the tears of faded crowds
Remembering a reason to be born
Taking back the fight with or without cause
Oh I can bury my life when I can fill it up with joy
I can't bury my life when I know you have the choice
There is no freedom in life without freedom of mind

what's the whole:
"I'm not American I'm not European I'm not Russian I'm not Japanese But I've been thinking About tomorrow All this sinking All this sorrow I'm not American I'm not European I'm not Russian I'm just me"
thing about?! Hahah, great way to end an AWESOME album tho. Hope they bring out another one!

that is about him not trying to afiliate himself with a race, but with his personality and himself.

I'm pretty sure it's Puget sound not "muted sound" considering Jeremy lives in and around Seattle where the Puget sound resides.

I think he's saying it's time for him to settle down, stop touring so much, and become a "real person" again, instead of some kind of rock star persona. he's saying he's not whatever anybody thinks or says he is, he's just himself. just another human, free to think and do and be whoever he pleases.
