Young girl, don't cry
I'll be right here when your world starts to fall
Oh
Young girl, it's alright
Your tears will dry, you'll soon be free to fly, ooh

When you're safe inside your room, you tend to dream
Of a place where nothing's harder than it seems
No one ever wants or bothers to explain
Of the heartache life can bring and what it means

When there's no one else, look inside yourself
Like your oldest friend, just trust the voice within
Then you'll find the strength that will guide your way
You'll learn to begin to trust the voice within, oh

Young girl, don't hide
You'll never change if you just run away
Ooh, whoa yeah
Young girl, just hold tight
Soon you're gonna see your brighter day, oh

Now in a world where innocence is quickly claimed
It's so hard to stand your ground when you're so afraid
No one reaches out a hand for you to hold
When you look outside, look inside to your soul

When there's no one else, look inside yourself
Like your oldest friend, just trust the voice within
Then you'll find the strength that will guide your way
If you will learn to begin to trust the voice within

Oh, ho, yeah
Ooh, oh, yea (ooh, ooh, ooh) oh, yeah
Life is a journey (ooh, ooh, ooh)
It can take you anywhere you choose to go (ooh, ooh, ooh)
As long as you're learning (ooh, ooh, ooh)
You'll find all you'll ever need to know (ooh, ooh, ooh)
(Be strong)
Break it (hold on)
You'll make it (be strong)
Just don't forsake it because (hold on)
(No one can tell you what you can't do)
No one can stop you, you know that I'm talking to you

When there's no one else, look inside yourself
Like your oldest friend, just trust the voice within
Then you'll find the strength that will guide your way
You'll learn to begin to trust the voice within

Ooh, yeah young girl, don't cry, I'll be right here
When your world starts to fall
Yeah
Aah
Yeah
(Listen)
Oh yeah
(Listen)
Na na na (listen, listen)
Oh yeah (listen)
Hmm yeah (listen)

When people say bad things to you, don't listen to them. All you have to remember is TRUST THE VOICE WITHIN. And have someone nice on your side.

This song is extremely inspiring to me. Like, at those times when you feel so alone and no one wants to listen, this song will bring your spirits up because its like Christina is your friend and shes being there for you. Really, really good stuff.

The first time I heard this song I started to cry, because at the time I had a really bad drug problem and it was like a bottomless pit i was forever falling through. . .and my world was lost and broken. The song means exactly what it is saying. . .and in a cheezy way it comforted me when I had no where else to turn.

Christina sounds AMAZING in this song. It's an anthem for anyone whos ever been the outcast. It's about finding the person that you can be without selling out all you have to do is trust the voice within

Istead of listening to the voices in your head, listen to your heart and what it's telling you and if you do, everything will be okay. Trust it and things will fall into place.

The Night We Met
Lord Huron
This is a hauntingly beautiful song about introspection, specifically about looking back at a relationship that started bad and ended so poorly, that the narrator wants to go back to the very beginning and tell himself to not even travel down that road. I believe that the relationship started poorly because of the lines: "Take me back to the night we met:When the night was full of terrors: And your eyes were filled with tears: When you had not touched me yet" So, the first night was not a great start, but the narrator pursued the relationship and eventually both overcame the rough start to fall in love with each other: "I had all and then most of you" Like many relationships that turn sour, it was not a quick decline, but a gradual one where the narrator and their partner fall out of love and gradually grow apart "Some and now none of you" Losing someone who was once everything in your world, who you could confide in, tell your secrets to, share all the most intimate parts of your life, to being strangers with that person is probably one of the most painful experiences a person can go through. So Painful, the narrator wants to go back in time and tell himself to not even pursue the relationship. This was the perfect song for "13 Reasons Why"

Son Şansın - Şarkı Sözleri
Hayalperest
This song seemingly tackles the methods of deception those who manipulate others use to get victims to follow their demands, as well as diverting attention away from important issues. They'll also use it as a means to convince people to hate or kill others by pretending acts of terrorism were committed by the enemy when the acts themselves were done by the masters of control to promote discrimination and hate. It also reinforces the idea that these manipulative forces operate in various locations, infiltrating everyday life without detection, and propagate any and everywhere. In general, it highlights the danger of hidden agendas, manipulation, and distraction, serving as a critique of those who exploit chaos and confusion to control and gain power, depicting a cautionary tale against falling into their traps. It encourages us to question the narratives presented to us and remain vigilant against manipulation in various parts of society.

Page
Ed Sheeran
There aren’t many things that’ll hurt more than giving love a chance against your better judgement only to have your heart crushed yet again. Ed Sheeran tells such a story on “Page.” On this track, he is devastated to have lost his lover and even more saddened by the feeling that he may never move on from this.

Plastic Bag
Ed Sheeran
“Plastic Bag” is a song about searching for an escape from personal problems and hoping to find it in the lively atmosphere of a Saturday night party. Ed Sheeran tells the story of his friend and the myriad of troubles he is going through. Unable to find any solutions, this friend seeks a last resort in a party and the vanity that comes with it. “I overthink and have trouble sleepin’ / All purpose gone and don’t have a reason / And there’s no doctor to stop this bleedin’ / So I left home and jumped in the deep end,” Ed Sheeran sings in verse one. He continues by adding that this person is feeling the weight of having disappointed his father and doesn’t have any friends to rely on in this difficult moment. In the second verse, Ed sings about the role of grief in his friend’s plight and his dwindling faith in prayer. “Saturday night is givin’ me a reason to rely on the strobe lights / The lifeline of a promise in a shot glass, and I’ll take that / If you’re givin’ out love from a plastic bag,” Ed sings on the chorus, as his friend turns to new vices in hopes of feeling better.
