Halfway to a Threeway Lyrics
Now with you, I’ve got one
If I could get just one more
Then you know what you’re in for
I hope that you girls don’t fight
And I hope that you won’t run away
’Cause I’m halfway to a threeway
To indulge in just one sin
All you have to do is lie there
While I push aside your wheelchair
To change your mind and apply your brakes
So I know that you can’t roll away
’Cause I’m halfway to a threeway
When you strut by in your leg brace
You just can’t climb the stairs
And you ain’t got any hair
You and your stupid epileptic fits
And I know that you can’t run away
’Cause I’m halfway to a threeway
It don’t matter that you’re brain dead
I can get so you close to ya
Now that you’re in a coma
When I pull out your life support
And I know that you’ll just fade away
Now I’m halfway to a threeway
And I know that you’ll just fade away
Now I’m halfway to a threeway

I don't think this is about fucking the handicaped or inspired by it...lol Atomsplitter is on the right track, I think. The line about the pulling life support speaks to me of a relationship that Is missing somethings(fill in the blank). He is aware of the way he manipulates and the fragility of their bond. Strangly, this song seems to have a strong sence of yearning.

I enjoyed reading everybody's comments. All so different and in scope and content. 9 people using their brains. That's great. Too bad it didn't take place over dinner in real life. Wow I must need friends.

o___o
wondering if this song really is about raping handicapped people...
@telemarketingscam Yep. And then switching off their life support.

This song is just like my life.

Obviously Jim is really sarcastic and he loves mixing heartfelt music and really hilarious lyrics. This one is just over the top though. It basically pokes fun at all slow-burning love ballads.

this song is about fucking the handicapped. MAybe in more than one way, not sure.

i think this is about taking advantage of the emotionally handicapped...like slutty girls who think sex=love that are exploited, and how really, it's no different.
@atomsplitter Great job! You got it! It's an amazing song, what an uncomfortably honest set of words.

This is a great song and fairly easy to pick. The rest of the songs on the ep were great too.

i think a literal translation of halfway to a threeway is actually only possessing one and a half people. i think the handicapped woman in the narrator's relationship represents the half person. this handicap of course is a metaphor for something the woman doesn't or can't possess. i think jim then turns the song into something very absurd but still retains a distinct feeling of sadness about the relationship.

I think it's about being in a relationship with a girl with a split personality.
