"Last Resort" as written by and Nicolaas Douwe Douwma....
Some people call me a sinner / Some people say I should be ashamed
I ask you why they don’t give us no rest / It’s enough- enough to drive me to despair

You looked like a fairy/ Smelt like a flower
Sweetest temptation I ever saw
The shine in your eyes and your laughing made my heart sing
I fell in love / Suddenly I forgot the law

This love was so strong / Seemed so hopeful
Damned sweet memories torment my brain
Now I’m here / And the rain falls on a grave
But I’m sure it can’t rinse my pain away

Wish you could be by my side / My dreams promise only lies
Illusions - I can’t hold them tight
And I cry

Should I reproach myself with weakness / Is it crime to succumb to sin
To a sin, when it looks like an angelic girl
I couldn’t defend myself against your sweet fifteen

Wish you could be by my side / Implore the lord but in vain
I’ll never can stop my cry

Now they had a reason for their gossip / For scorn and the hate from their stonecold hearts
You was too young to resist all these hurts / You was fifteen so the death was your last resort

So I’m here and deplore the disaster / Painful I feel nothing makes sense
No sorrow, no tears and no rage will make undo your death
And I see to life without you I have to learn

General CommentWell nobody's commented, so I'll just pull some crap out of nowhere. It seems to be about a man mourning over the death of a lover, but then there's the sinning part. It seems like she was 15 years old, which I suppose would explain it, sorta. Ideas?

General CommentSub Dub Micromachine has to be one of my favourite bands. This song is full of alot of sadness and anger, a lot slower than their usual choice of songs. It's a really beautiful song.

General CommentOk, this song means exactly what it says. An older man fell in love with a 15 year old and then had to break it off for her sake. She killed herself and now he is mourning over her. And he feels guilty. Like it was his fault. I also want to comment how beautiful this song is and it reminds me of a comment I always make: "You cant help who you fall in love with."

General CommentThe hurts she could not resist are fairly obvious. Everywhere she went people would say things like, "you are going to hell, you little slut," and "you disgust me," and various other things of that nature. Had she been older and more emotionally mature, these "hurts" would not have bothered her as much.

Such a very sad song, and done so well. Having heard all the rest of their stuff, I was fairly suprised that they could handle a ballad so well. I think we can expect great things from Sub Dub in the future.

General CommentActually what he sings, whats on the LYRICS of the cd is
I ask you why they don’t give us no rest / It’s enough- enough to drive me to THIS PEER.

As in sea peer, ready to commit suicide, :)

General CommentOK so none of you people actually think this is a bloody pedophile song? I really loved that son when first heard it like 15 years ago but then felt guilty loving it after listening closely to the lyrics. I then start searching the internet trying to find some kind of info like "what those guys really meant was..." but nothing.... F**k all.... So this is a real pedophile song. Being a good one doesn't change anything it's even worst. Knowing what I know now, I feel like the guy in Hangover movie who enjoyed being banged by a trans..... No bath nor products will wash this shame away from me to have love such a. Sick song.
