"Stein um Stein (english)" as written by Oliver Riedel, Doktor Christian Lorenz, Christoph Doom Schneider, Richard Z. Kruspe, Paul Landers and Till Lindemann....
Ich habe Pläne große Pläne
Ich baue dir ein Haus
Jeder Stein ist eine Träne
Und du ziehst nie wieder aus
Ja ich baue ein Häuschen dir
Hat keine Fenster keine Tür
Innen wird es dunkel sein
Dringt überhaupt kein Licht hinein

Ja ich schaffe dir ein Heim
Und du sollst Teil des Ganzen sein

Stein um Stein mauer ich dich ein
Stein um Stein
Ich werde immer bei dir sein

Ohne Kleider ohne Schuh
Siehst du mir bei der Arbeit zu
Mit den Füssen im Zement
Verschönerst du das Fundament
Draußen wird ein Garten sein
Und niemand hört dich schreien

Stein um Stein mauer ich dich ein
Stein um Stein
Ich werde immer bei dir sein

Ich werde immer bei dir sein

Welch ein Klopfen welch ein Hämmern
Draußen fängt es an zu dämmern
Alle Nägel stehen stramm
Wenn ich sie in dein Leibholz ramm'

Stein

Stein um Stein mauer' ich dich ein
Stein um Stein mauer' ich dich ein
Stein um Stein mauer' ich dich ein

Stein um Stein
Und keiner hört dich schreien

General Commentok sounds like a very obbsessive lover's wish to make the person part of their lives forever, kinda what john wayne gacy did

General CommentSome trivia on this one: "Stein um Stein" is part of a German nursery rhyme. It goes "Stein um Stein, Stein um Stein, das Häuschen wird bald fertig sein." = "Stone by stone, stone by stone, the little house will be finished soon."

General CommentI think it could also lean towards the main character building a tomb for someone that they were deeply in love with....

General Commentit's the kind of love i think suits me, having someone all for you, no matter how twisted it sounds it's not really as twisted as some might think, i think it's a romantic song, there's sadness in the way they sing it, "I'll always be with you" is there any better love than this? :)

General CommentI think this song shows in a brilliant way that love is nothing but selfishness and egoism. the narrator sings "ICH habe plaene" which shows that this is HIS dream of a perfect relationship and that he doesn't really care about what his partner wants. he seems to be aware of the fact that his partner will probably suffer ("und keiner hoert dich schreien") but he doesn't mind
