I think this one is quite easy to understand for a song of In Extremo: It's about realizing when things have changed and you no longer fit in the way you are. This song does not promote to fight the changes, but to get away from them. Better leave those who no longer understand you and remain who you are and keep your dreams. Because it's about someone who is offering to take one with him this is not a song of despair, but in fact of hope for a better place to live.
