Before Too Long

I'm not sure if you wanted me to be critical, or simply tell you it's well written. So, I'll do the first of the two. For one, it's short. But I really like the imagry. The third stanza though, last line, I'm not sure how it fits in with the warmth and such. Aswell, reusing the word lie (lies) in one stanza with two differnet meanings could be a bad idea. Basicly, I'm trying to say this could make a good song but I have doubt about how the line "well I live a lie" will flow. I could always be proven wrong and when sung it could fit perfectly... Just trying to help.

well i wanted you to check out this song and tell me what you think it means, to me it means he's waiting for something in the first verse, second verse you notice "cold summers night" meaning i think lonely, then he says "the truth lies where it is daylight" meaning i think since he said its nightime, then the person he is lonely for is on the other side of the world, then in the next line he uses the word warmth obviously because its a cold night as stated in the first line of the second verse... then he says "well i live a lie" meaning i think he is losing hope because this person is so far away, yet he doesnt want to give up hope because as the chorus says "i can only wait a lifetime"...... well girl, this song sounds so good when you hear it too.. k til next time byee
