this one basically just mocks a whole bunch of different bands. the pearl jam cover guy is obviously supposed to be scott stapp from creed. the pickle in mouth technique is eddie vedder from pearl jam, the cookie monster is korn, and the computer is a million artists, but definitely sounds like kid rock here.

If this was released today, he'd probably add the televised talent show technique, which is used by everyone from Kelly Clarkson to Chris Daughtry to Kimberly Caldwell to Ruben Studdard to Jennifer Hudson to Fantasia Barrino to Carrie Underwood to Bo Bice to David Cook, and others.

I can't believe he forgot about the nasal twang method, which is used by every country artist (such as Carrie Underwood) in existence.

Here are two other methods that he forgot about. The Opera Broadway Singer method, which is used by every goth metal band (such as Evanescence) in existence. The Televised Talent Show method is used by Bo Bice, Chris Daughtry, Kimberly Caldwell, David Cook, and Kelly Clarkson during her rock phase (2004 to 2013). The Yandere is used by such artists like Darius Rucker of Hootie And The Blow Fish. The Perishing Alt Rock Voice is used by such acts like Matthew Good. The "Ow" method has been used by such artists like Eve 6, Joan Jett, and Kittie.

These days, to be a good rock singer, you have to be either the ethereal opera/ Broadway singer (every goth metal band ever), or the raspy smoker (Taylor Momsen of The Pretty Reckless, Brad Arnold of 3 Doors Down on their first album "The Better Life", Lulu, Ashlee Simpson). If this song was released these days, it would include all these methods that I mentioned here.
