Aftershock Lyrics
But you don't want to hear me talk about the reasons that we're here
I don't care how much you scream and shout
I'll never be part of the crowd
I can't let my spirit break, we're bout to make the earth shake
So, break all these chains that keep me bound
And break through these gates that lock me down
No matter what you do to me, you will never hear my heart complain
No matter what you think you see

Pillar played a show in Perth, Western Australia last night, and Rob said this song is about what The HP said as well as about Acts 16:25-26 in the Bible, where Paul and Silas were singing to God, and their Faith caused an Earthquake which opened all the doors in the prison and broke all the chains of the prisoners.

This song is about breaking the sin-bondage (break all these chains, break through these gate) that holds us down in this world through Jesus.

What I think is that the song means, that not only is Pillar referencing the times they have hurt someone close in their life , but we all have in one time in our life. We don\'t actually understand till later in life. When it\'s already done whatever it may be that was done wrong.

The song rewind is what I was giving my comment.
