When I'm sure
I don't know why but I feel so insecure
And when it comes
It comes like a great big lull
But either way
I don't know why but I get so crazy
And all the thoughts get twisted in knots

When I'm home
I don't know why but I feel so all alone
And then you come barring down like an atom bomb
And I want to, but I want to
But I want to, but I feel all inside out
But I want to, but I want to
But I want to, but I feel all inside out

Everywhere you turn
There's always something there
And all the time you're getting nowhere
Everywhere I don't know why but I get so crazy
And all the thoughts get twisted in knots

Well I'm sure
Sometimes I feel out a little more
And then its hard
It's harder than it ever was before
But either way I don't know why but I get so crazy
And all the thoughts get twisted in knots

Yeah I want to, but I want to
But I want to, but I feel all inside out
But I want to, but I want to
But I want to, but I feel all inside out

Everywhere you turn
There's always something there
And all the time you're getting nowhere
Everywhere I don't know why but I get so crazy
And all the thoughts get twisted in knots

Yeah I want to, but I want to
But I want to, but I feel all inside out
But I want to, but I want to
But I want to
But I feel all inside out

    My Interpretation

I always interpreted the song as the guy really likes the girl, and he really wants to be in love with her, but he doesn't want to get hurt again. Like, He has those feelings for her, but she doesn't really see him in that kind of way. And that's why he always feel's scared to like her. Yet for some reason he still is crazy for the girl. In the chorus, I interpreted it as everywhere the girl goes there's always something there besides him, and she hasn't gone for him yet, and she is getting nowhere. The Strangest Things was all about this girl, and in the song Tidal Wave he says; "I am every thing you wanted. I am everything you need." That reads off pretty arrogant, but I think he just realizes that he loves this girl, and she needs to realize that he is the guy for her and that they were meant to be. Anyways, it's an incredible song to complement an incredible album. The Strangest Things is in my top five favorite albums. They are an incredible band.

Son Şansın - Şarkı Sözleri
Hayalperest
This song seemingly tackles the methods of deception those who manipulate others use to get victims to follow their demands, as well as diverting attention away from important issues. They'll also use it as a means to convince people to hate or kill others by pretending acts of terrorism were committed by the enemy when the acts themselves were done by the masters of control to promote discrimination and hate. It also reinforces the idea that these manipulative forces operate in various locations, infiltrating everyday life without detection, and propagate any and everywhere. In general, it highlights the danger of hidden agendas, manipulation, and distraction, serving as a critique of those who exploit chaos and confusion to control and gain power, depicting a cautionary tale against falling into their traps. It encourages us to question the narratives presented to us and remain vigilant against manipulation in various parts of society.

Holiday
Bee Gees
@[Diderik:33655] "Your a holiday!" Was a popular term used in the 50s/60s to compliment someone on their all around. For example, not only are they beautiful, but they are fun and kind too ... just an all around "holiday". I think your first comment is closer to being accurate. The singer/song writers state "Millions of eyes can see, yet why am i so blind!? When the someone else is me, its unkind its unkind". I believe hes referring to the girl toying with him and using him. He wants something deeper with her, thats why he allows himself to be as a puppet (even though for her fun and games) as long as it makes her happy. But he knows deep down that she doesnt really want to be serious with him and thats what makes him.

Page

There aren’t many things that’ll hurt more than giving love a chance against your better judgement only to have your heart crushed yet again. Ed Sheeran tells such a story on “Page.” On this track, he is devastated to have lost his lover and even more saddened by the feeling that he may never move on from this.
