Woke up this morning Forgot you were gone.
Imagined all this time That you were here with me.
Forgot all the pain and sorrow I have felt so many years.
Forgot about that day And all my wasted tears.
When can I see you again
Woke up this morning I realized you were gone.
Remembered your ashes As they were thrown to the ground.
I remember that day When a part of me died.
I will never let you go No matter how hard I try.

General CommentYes true But its up to this listener to determin. I went through somthing like that and with the ashes you might want to think they are dead because to you they are and as you remember the day youstarted thinking they were dead"remembered your ashes As they were thrown to the ground." you feel heartbroken so feel free to say what you want but not everysong should be taken literal thats why the best emo songs have such a wide range of emothion such as heartbreak... bad friends.. Deception... Lying... Unfaithfullness... Death both physical and Emotional... So I digress but dont take songs litteral.
