I havn't even heard this song yet but IF YOU READ the lyrics to GREAT BIG WHITE WORLD you will also hear another reference to a Queen. Specifically "I wish you were queen just for today" from the song BIG WHITE WORLD. And If Manson fans noticed the trend of crossreferencing terms in songs, than this is not a big leap to make. The Point is that the queen is none other than SEMIRAMIS of Babylon, and the line"Throw grubsteaks on the offering plate" I'm guessing it may be a reference to sacrificing babys to the Babylonian OWL/COW god MOLOCH. This cool song features samples from the divine Skinny Puppy song "Worlock"-check this song (and its video) out as well as Skinny Puppy if you like Manson. The samples (which Skinny Puppy took from an old sci-fi/horror film) are "now is the only thing that is real" and "you can't prove anything that happened yesterday"-which is in a Skinny Puppy remix.
I think this song is about someone who now hates Christianity because despite having faith in God, they have been fucked around by a cruel dictator
