This Way (Feat. Kanye West) Lyrics
Now turn it up (a little louder)
Turn it up (a little louder)
Turn it upppp (a little louder)
Turn it up (a little louder)
Now turn it up (I can't live my, I, I can't live my)
(I can't live my, I, I can't live my)
Now turn it ip, turn it up.
I, I can't live my, I can't live my
Life this way, continuing to get high
Instead of runnin' round, lock one bird down
It's a new day, gotta do it big just to get rightShow no respect can't live that way
You hold my check can't live that way
Without my chick on deck, can't live that way
They say what they like, but I've been that way
Our moves calculated through the limbs, almost here
Succes will be the best revenge
Man, from Clint East' to Kanye West (whut up, whut up!)
Some can't chill but everyday it says (everyday!)
This time I made up my mind
This time I got on my grind
I know these days in my life
That I'ma let go startin tonight
(I can't live my, I, I can't live my)
(I can't live my, I, I can't live my)
I can't live my, I, I can't live my
I can't live my this way (can't live my, I, I can't live my)
This way (I can't live my, I, I can't live my)
This way, I can't live my, I, I can't live my
I can't live my life this way
Kanye to the
My favorite girl wanna leave just because I got a girlfriend
My freak girl told me "nah, she a christian"
My white girl wanna move back to Michigan
I'm pullin girls out the Benz like a "six-men"
I'm in the club doin the same ol' two step
While 'em niggaz doin the same ol' cute step
I have my money on my mind I was thinkin green
She a bless A.K.A. "she was pink and green"
I wanna a good girl she want a gentleman
We sayin' the same thing like a cinamon
I wasn't really spittin game I was screamin gem
My pimpinship's so hard in this sensive shit
I'ma chicagoan till Chicago ends
Till we blow like Chicago wind
I don't know what's better, gettin laid or gettin paid
I just know I'ma gettin one, the other's gettin away
This way
Go 'head, flip a coin so the game don't stop
Believe I know the drama keep name apart
I learnt before the hot flame came the spark
It's like 'fore the pop fame came the park
But this industry'll play with yo' life man
They playin with yo' rich, food, water and lights man (yeah)
That's why Rakaa puts a õol' tidy G jam??
The veteran, then I'm off to Amsterdam
To rest up for strenght to deal with this weight
To deal with these deals to deal with this hate
I dedicate this Jam Master Jay
Run-DMC showed me how to walk, this way

in kanye's part its "i wanna pull girls off the bench like a sixth man" not out the benz like a six-men

and also its my penmanship is so hard it needs censorship

"we sayin' the same thing like a cinamon" ... is it "cinamon" or "synonym"
haha, it's synonym
haha, it's synonym

its synonym...thats when two words mean the same thing like he said we sayin the same thing like a synonym

I'm happy that Dilated is finally getting mianstream, and happier that they're doing it without sacraficing their classic sound.

i wasn't reall spittin game i was SCIMMAGIN'
while OMEGA'S doing the same ol cute step ... she a PLEDGE aka she a pink &green
yeah that's all i caught :]

oopsie! *SCRIMMAGIN' i believe that's the correct spelling; you know like how teams scrimmage before the actual games.. yeah

oopsie! *SCRIMMAGIN' i believe that's the correct spelling; you know like how teams scrimmage before the actual games.. yeah

I'm pretty sure that in Kanye's part it's not,
"I'm pullin girls out the Benz like a 'six-men'"
but rather,
"I'm pullin' girls off the bench like a six, man"
This makes more sense to me for these reasons...

In the video for the song, at this point, Kanye takes the hand of and starts walking with a girl who was sitting on a bench.

I see the "six" part of the verse as referring to the #6 bus in Chicago, which runs from 79th on the south side, to Wacker Dr. downtown. It's one of the major ways that people on the eastern part of the south side, near(ish) the lake, use to get downtown, including ostensibly, tha' ladies. (in all seriousness, yes, they definitely do)

I know there's things in my life that I'ma let go, starting tonight.
