I love how the first and last almost match up, but he changes the "with" to "without." This is an awesome song about breaking up.
"I fell in love then fell apart." Its talking about how when you love someone so much and then it all comes crashing down. "just whne the wounds begind to heal..." When you start doing better, that person starts the same old things again pulling you right back into their trap....wow how i can relate.
this is my favorite song by Cauterize, its so awesome. really makes you think, thank god this doesnt describe my life and relationship.

i freaking LOVE this song, and this band....why are there such few comments for cauterize, they rock my socks...god the line "You were the one with all the faith how did you let it slip away? " makes me cry, just cuz it reminds me so much of me and my ex-guy
I love this song by these guys I cant wait till there new CD comes out next month! This song make me realize that I am not the only one that goes through these kinda tuff times.

This is such a good song, and I agree...theres hardly any comments and they are sucha great band. I have the ONLY comment on I'll Cry Tomorrow, which is my favourite song by Cauterize. I also like the way he switched the "with" and "without" in the first and last stanzas. "Just when the wounds start healing you're there to break me open. Watch the blood spill. I'm getting used to this. I'll clean it in the morning." really hits home for me. I think of it as, just when you think shits gettin better something fucks it all up again, its like a neverending circle of issues. lol.
If u ask me it is gud that cauteriza isnt hugely popular because then everyone will listen to them and they will get played on the radio over and over again (lyk lips of an angel) and the song wont seem so fkn awesum
i THINK this is my favorite song by them. they are a FANTASTIC band and i agree with PATCHY on the whole popularity thing. i can relate to this song soo much..
'gimme one more drink and iswear i think i'll be ready to make the same mistakes again with you' is possibly the most amazing line of a song ever. i think hes saying how he was drunk, hookedup with some girl, and knows it was wrong, but has feelings for her. in the end of the song, i love how he says without you to say that hes over her and doesnt need her anymore.
