Good night, sleep tight, no more tears
In the morning I'll be here

And when we say good night
Dry your eyes because

We said good night
And not goodbye

We said good night
And not goodbye

General Commenti think this is more someone telling this to a friend that's been through a rough patch, assuring the friend that when she awakes she won't be alone, and always will be

General CommentIt reminds me of a sweet lullaby you'd sing to someone to make them feel safe or not alone

General CommentThis makes me think of a clingy child, for some reason. So afraid of being left alone that they fear even closing their eyes. But yes, the lullaby feel is nice =). I love singing it, too, very simplistic.

General CommentIt reminds me of a woman singing to a child insuring the child that everything is going to be okay in the morning.

General CommentFor once, it's not about love, it's more like a mother-child relationship.
