this is pretty random, and i got the idea off of hey-now saying "the sky is the limit" but people always say there's no limit to your dreams (they're endless, whatever), and playing off "the sky is the limit" maybe she's saying that her dream (what was once her relationship with tim) has been crushed and the sky seems so much deeper than her dreams, saying her dreams have crashed and burned. just a thought. or something along those lines, like i know what i mean i just cant seem to put it into words to explain it :) (maybe why brody used metaphors ;] ) this is one of my faves by the distillers though

I think she is saying that the dream of the relationship for her was not as deep as it should be. That she wasn't reaching as high as she should of.

it would be like having a dream just to be mediocre... there is so much more possibility.

forgot to mention before.. but these guys sound great live. saw them last night. awesome show :D brody's voice is just amazing.

It's a little hard to decipher any lyrics that brody dalle writes mainly because a lot of them are metaphors.
