Big Brat Lyrics
Introduced me to know it all
and the cannibals
Now by the time they started showing up
I ran the risk of blowing up
These times these times get tough
So if I stay we're gonna see who's had enough
Said by the time I needed backing up
Yea he was watching cracking up
This time this time it's tough
Well here I am and now I think I've had enough
AHHHH stand back!
Take that and that and that
You're always up to no good
You're always up to no good.
Oh I was tripped in from all sides
Caught in a slew of (Nasty) lies
no there is no escape
Only failing arms and belly aches
Said when it all started coming down tonight
Boy did you run and hide
But I guess that we all make mistakes
I guess I forgive you didn't I?
AHHHH stand back!
You're such a big brat
Always up to no good
Yea you're always up to no good
*3rd verse same as first*

"Yea he was watching cracking up"
Are they talking about Jason Schwartzman and his new show on fox?

The Video is soooooooooo cute! Check it out! The ending is the best part <3

Freaking great song. Seems to be about someone in particular, possibly Jason. It reminds me of the time that friend of yours bring a bunch of weird people to your house and then leaves you there with them, all awkward like.

blonde: i don't think they're talking about that. this album came out way before cracking up, if i recall.

Isn't the first lyric
"It was August 4th"?
Or maybe "It was all his fault"?

In Alex Greenwald's thankyou list he thanked his mom, but not his dad. I always pictured this being about his dad, maybe he left the family, or something. But Im probally stretching...

The first line is supposed to be "It was August 4th"...

if you listen closely at the end of the bridge/breakout/middle part, you can hear him chanting: "who's that making cotton candy, who's that making cotton candy, who's that making cotton on the dance floor"
just a fun fact

OOPS thats for Making a Killing... dunno why I thought big brat

i think i remember alex saying this song was about jason basically abandoning them and also a guy that lived across from his apartment
