i used to have panic attacks just like this for no reason. it sucked pretty hardcore but i got through it, all thanks to Christ. This song is a rad ska song fo sho. TSM is a rad band all around. They have definately made some good ska and punk over the years.
it's also a good song because i could actually relate and know people went through exactly what i was. like word for word practically.
Simply about havin anxiety witch causes panick attacks and he's describing how it feels to have one thats it.
Suicide Machines are one of my all time favorite ska/punk bands.
