Skazhi, zachem ya zhdu zvonka.
Zachem nemye oblaka
Plyvut ko mne izdaleka I tayut.
Zachem lyubov' kosnulas' nas,
Zachem ya plachu prvi raS
Zachem khochu tebya seichas ne znayu.

Ya zvezda, ty zvezda.
Nas prikazano szhech.
Kto-to sdal I dostal
Adresa nashikh vstrech.
Potolki po glazam
I nikto ne naidet.
Soskol'znut golosa,
I slomaetsya led.
I nich'ya bez klyucha,
I mogila postel'.
I pora vyklychat',
I oni na khvoste.
Ulybnis', razvyazhi,
Zanaves' zerkala
Razorvi, I skazhi.
Umerla, umerla.
Zamykai I lizhi
Stanovis' nikakoi.
I ruka ne drozhit
Vse v poryadke s rukoi.
Mozhno mstit'.
Dvajdi dva
Na taksi I sosi
A prostit' nikogda,
Nikogda ne prosi.
Khorosho, khorosho.
Ya pridumala mest'.
Poroshok vse chto est'.
Umnozhayu na shest'.
Ne zvoni, ne zvoni.
Ya ustala, ya ustala.
Ya tebya ne khochu
Ty menya *

Skazhi, zachem ya zhdu zvonka.
Zachem nemye oblaka
Plyvut ko mne izdaleka I tayut.
Zachem lyubov' kosnulas' nas,
Zachem khochu tebya seichas ne znayu.

Nikogda nichego,
Nichego ne nachat'.
Nikogda nikogo,
Umirat' I molchat'.
Ne Iskat', ne lyubit',
Ne zhalet', I ne spat'.
Nikogda, nikuda
Nikogo ne puskat'.
Ne vdvoem. I ub'em.
Im prisnit'sya voda.
Ne tvoe. Ne moe.
Provoda. Provoda.
Geroin. Pulsa net,
Tol'ko ty ne pri chem.
Abonent otklyuchen.

Skazhi, zachem ya zhdu zvonka.
Zachem nemye oblaka
Plyvut ko mne izdaleka I tayut.
Zachem lyubov' kosnulas' nas,
Zachem khochu tebya seichas ne znayu

Tell me, why do I await a call Why silent clouds Float to me from afar and melt Why love touched us Why I cry the first time Why I want you now, I don't know

I'm a star, you're a star We were ordered to burn out Someone snitched on us and handed over The address of our meetings Eyes to the ceiling And nobody will find out Voices crack And the ice will break And no one's clueless And my bed is my grave And it's time to switch off And they're on our tail Smile, unwind, Cover the mirrors Tear them apart and say, I'm dead, I'm dead Lock up and lie there Become nobody And your hand isn't shaking My hand is fine You can avenge Easy as 2 x 2 Jumped the taxi, you suck But to forgive, never Never ever ask Ok, ok I thought of revenge Sugar coat everything I'll multiply it by 6 Don't call, don't call I'm tired, I'm tired I don't want you I'm fucking fed up with you

Never ever Nothing will ever start Never anyone, You die in silence You don't search, you don't love You don't regret and don't sleep You never ever Let anyone be Not together. And we will kill Watered-down dreams Not yours, not mine Wires, wires Heroin. No pulse I want nothing to do with you The phone is switched off.....

of course no one's gonna post a comment about this song, no one fucking understands russian!! it's a good song, though, if anyone happens to stumble upon this entry... i understand russian quite well, and i'm not sure if this type of song is common in their culture or not, but i am fluent in both laguages, so i know that this song is REALLY FUCKING CRAZY if you take the time to translate it... it made me think... what the hell is this world coming to??

it's just nice to listen to for anyone who likes it, and it's not hard to feel the emotion in it without even knowing the language.

There are a lot of sites with the translation up, but this song is pretty cool, with secret meetings and heroin addiction. It tells a story.

I made a spanish translation to the russian parts of this song in my free time. Very complex.

Now to my interpretation: To me, this song is about two people going through a crisis, or a break-up. They fight with each other, but still are in love. Like they split up because of a Romeo-and-Juliet-esque storyline.

My spanish translation is similar to this, but talks about how badly two people want each other, but they still want to get each other out of their life. Death by heroin is my translation's theme, and at the end "heroin, no pulse, don't worry about me... I'm tired of living with you..." sums the whole thing up.

Here's an English translation of it (rough):

Say why am I waiting for the phone call. Why mute clouds. Sailing to me from afar, and melt. Why did love touched us. Why am I crying for the first time. Why do I want you now, I don't know.

I am star, you are star. We were ordered to burn down. Someone gave away, and got The addresses of our meetings. Roughs on the eyes, And nobody will find. The voices will slip, And the ice will crush. And it nobody's without key, And crave in the bed And it is time to turn off, And they are on the back. (you) Smile, unleash, curtain the mirrors, tear up and say, dead, dead . (You) Lock or become nothing. And the hand doesn't tremble. Everything right with my hand May avenge 2x2 on the taxi and (you) suck. But forgive, never. Never ask me for it. OK, OK I found the revenge Powder-everything I have Multiply by 6 Don't call me, don't call me I am tired, I am tired I don't want you You * me

Say why am I waiting for the phone call. Why mute clouds. Sailing to me from afar, and melt. Why did love touched us. Why am I crying for the first time. Why do I want you now, I don't know.

The Night We Met
Lord Huron
This is a hauntingly beautiful song about introspection, specifically about looking back at a relationship that started bad and ended so poorly, that the narrator wants to go back to the very beginning and tell himself to not even travel down that road. I believe that the relationship started poorly because of the lines: "Take me back to the night we met:When the night was full of terrors: And your eyes were filled with tears: When you had not touched me yet" So, the first night was not a great start, but the narrator pursued the relationship and eventually both overcame the rough start to fall in love with each other: "I had all and then most of you" Like many relationships that turn sour, it was not a quick decline, but a gradual one where the narrator and their partner fall out of love and gradually grow apart "Some and now none of you" Losing someone who was once everything in your world, who you could confide in, tell your secrets to, share all the most intimate parts of your life, to being strangers with that person is probably one of the most painful experiences a person can go through. So Painful, the narrator wants to go back in time and tell himself to not even pursue the relationship. This was the perfect song for "13 Reasons Why"

Mountain Song
Jane's Addiction
Jane's Addiction vocalist Perry Farrell gives Adam Reader some heartfelt insight into Jane’s Addiction's hard rock manifesto "Mountain Song", which was the second single from their revolutionary album Nothing's Shocking. Mountain song was first recorded in 1986 and appeared on the soundtrack to the film Dudes starring Jon Cryer. The version on Nothing's Shocking was re-recorded in 1988. "'Mountain Song' was actually about... I hate to say it but... drugs. Climbing this mountain and getting as high as you can, and then coming down that mountain," reveals Farrell. "What it feels to descend from the mountain top... not easy at all. The ascension is tough but exhilarating. Getting down is... it's a real bummer. Drugs is not for everybody obviously. For me, I wanted to experience the heights, and the lows come along with it." "There's a part - 'Cash in now honey, cash in Miss Smith.' Miss Smith is my Mother; our last name was Smith. Cashing in when she cashed in her life. So... she decided that, to her... at that time, she was desperate. Life wasn't worth it for her, that was her opinion. Some people think, never take your life, and some people find that their life isn't worth living. She was in love with my Dad, and my Dad was not faithful to her, and it broke her heart. She was very desperate and she did something that I know she regrets."

Just A Little Lovin'
Dusty Springfield
I don't think it's necessarily about sex. It's about wanting to start the day with some love and affection. Maybe a warm cuddle. I'm not alone in interpreting it that way! For example: "'Just a Little Lovin’ is a timeless country song originally recorded by Eddy Arnold in 1954. The song, written by Eddie Miller and Jimmy Campbell, explores the delicate nuances of love and showcases Arnold’s emotive vocals. It delves into the universal theme of love and how even the smallest gesture of affection can have a profound impact on our lives." https://oldtimemusic.com/the-meaning-behind-the-song-just-a-little-lovin-by-eddy-arnold/

Magical
Ed Sheeran
How would you describe the feeling of being in love? For Ed Sheeran, the word is “Magical.” in HIS three-minute album opener, he makes an attempt to capture the beauty and delicacy of true love with words. He describes the magic of it all over a bright Pop song produced by Aaron Dessner.
