Words pierce through the air
They make you wear
To get you in a straight jacket label with your face
Turned to the wall
This place penetrates
When everyone that ever tries
To tell you that you're not the same
Watches you fall
You're pushing on the wall inside
You're pushing outside to find the reasons
You run from this place
When they label you
Pushing on the wall inside

Reasons to run from this place
When they label you
Pushing on the wall inside

You're inside
Thinking of everyone you ever knew
When they put you outside
In the separating wall
I can see you
Standing there waiting for the answer
To the reason no one operates the way you do
Your point of view

Every day that they can't see
Afraid of what they might find
In the way of what they see
Afraid of what's inside of you

I like all of the Revis songs but this song is my favorite. These guys are awsome live and it helps that they are from my hometown. Best of luck to Revis

Gentle Hour
Yo La Tengo
This song was originally written by a guy called Peter Gutteridge. He was one of the founders of the "Dunedin Sound" a musical scene in the south of New Zealand in the early 80s. From there it was covered by "The Clean" one of the early bands of that scene (he had originally been a member of in it's early days, writing a couple of their best early songs). The Dunedin sound, and the Clean became popular on american college radio in the mid to late 80s. I guess Yo La Tengo heard that version. Great version of a great song,

Amazing
Ed Sheeran
Ed Sheeran tells a story of unsuccessfully trying to feel “Amazing.” This track is about the being weighed down by emotional stress despite valiant attempts to find some positivity in the situation. This track was written by Ed Sheeran from the perspective of his friend. From the track, we see this person fall deeper into the negative thoughts and slide further down the path of mental torment with every lyric.
