I love it...cuz they dont cut anything out from the original version, and its just flat out great and it sets up the "keep me coming" part perfect. One thing that 311 is awesome at is making great transitions from hard to soft to hard or whatever the combination may be.

To me this song is still about standing up to adversity and not dwelling on bad things that have happened to you, the extra verse is just another example of being "all mixed up" about something and just having to let go of regret and let things run their course.
P.S. pulseox is wrong about them adding the extra verse live starting in 1999, they've actually been doing it since mid '96. I have 2 shows from 1996 where they sing the extra verse, way old skool.
P.P.S It should be noted that there is no studio version of All Mixed Up with the extra verse(a.ka. All Re-Mixed Up), the extra verse is only played when the song is played live.
