I don't know much about Meshuggah, but I think this song is about the overuse of medication. Espessially when there's a big scare about a new desease so everyone just takes as many meds as they can and get ill from that instead. But like I said, I don't Meshuggah very well, it might be to do with a personal issue or something, I dunno what he normally sings about. I like the way he writes though.

You are fooling yourself into thinking everything is fine (once the high/buzz kicks in --- then "you gain another mile") You know it can only end in pain but worship (bow, you kneel) the feeling the drinking/drugging provides. You once had a future, but now you\'re brain cells are dying. You can\'t overcome the demons and you continue into submission.
