forever your eyes will hold the memory
i saw your heart as it overtook me
we tried so hard to understand and reason
but in the one moment i gave my heart away
the perfect breath where my mind lay beside me
and all i knew is what had overtaken me
with no explanation
i am comforted by my inability to understand
when i wake from this dream will you still be here?
will your smile still open my heart
and leave me trasparent?

first of all the guitars in this song make me wanna cry and at the same time destroy everything around me. to me this song is about a person (girl or boy) to which the writer was very close to but now he can't understand what made his heart feel that way. the memory of that person will forever be in the authors heart but now that he got over the relationship/break he asks that special person if he/she is still going to make him feel that way again.
