If it don't fit, don't wear it
Oh! you gotta be comfortable
And I swear - hold steady
Don't you think you're bigger than me
If it don't fit, don't wear it
Ooh! you gotta be respectable
(it don't fit)
And I swear - hold steady (and I swear)

Don't wear that shirt 'cause you know it drives me insane
I go for colours and you go for plain maybe
Mirror, mirror just tell him what you see
He got an ego, can't you make it dissappear

How on earth, oh don't you know
I thought you figured it out before
You know you really gotta
Open eyes, and visualise
You're wearing that hat you too big for

If it don't fit, don't wear it
Oh! you gotta be comfortable
And I swear - hold steady
Don't you think you're bigger than me
If it don't fit, don't wear it
Ooh! you gotta be respectable
(it don't fit)
And I swear - hold steady (and I swear)
Don't you think you're bigger than me

The way you're chewing your gum
it wrecks my head
Why don't you bite on these words that I'm saying baby
TV, TV we watch it all the time
Whatever happened to the roses and wine and dine

How on earth, oh don't you know
I thought you figured it out before
You know you really gotta
Open eyes, and visualise
You're wearing that hat you too big for

If it don't fit, don't wear it
Oh! you gotta be comfortable
And I swear - hold steady
Don't you think you're bigger than me
If it don't fit, don't wear it
Ooh! you gotta be respectable
(it don't fit)
And I swear - hold steady (and I swear)
Don't you think you're bigger than me

You diggin' me now, you diggin' my advice
You never make dicisions and you never think twice
You diggin' what I say, you didn't want to know
Always complain like before
Always complain like before

If it don't fit, don't wear it
Oh! you gotta be comfortable
And I swear - hold steady
Don't you think you're bigger than me
If it don't fit, don't wear it
Ooh! you gotta be respectable
(it don't fit)
And I swear - hold steady (and I swear)
Don't you think you're bigger than me

To me this song is about how if you are not comfortable in something you'd be better off not wearing anything. Also, there is no point wearing ill-fitting clothes as girls (or boys) will not like you much. The line "Don't you think you're bigger than me" line is a message that hey, you can try on my clothes, don't think they will break, you are not bigger than me.

Just A Little Lovin'
Dusty Springfield
I don't think it's necessarily about sex. It's about wanting to start the day with some love and affection. Maybe a warm cuddle. I'm not alone in interpreting it that way! For example: "'Just a Little Lovin’ is a timeless country song originally recorded by Eddy Arnold in 1954. The song, written by Eddie Miller and Jimmy Campbell, explores the delicate nuances of love and showcases Arnold’s emotive vocals. It delves into the universal theme of love and how even the smallest gesture of affection can have a profound impact on our lives." https://oldtimemusic.com/the-meaning-behind-the-song-just-a-little-lovin-by-eddy-arnold/

Magical
Ed Sheeran
How would you describe the feeling of being in love? For Ed Sheeran, the word is “Magical.” in HIS three-minute album opener, he makes an attempt to capture the beauty and delicacy of true love with words. He describes the magic of it all over a bright Pop song produced by Aaron Dessner.

Punchline
Ed Sheeran
Ed Sheeran sings about missing his former partner and learning important life lessons in the process on “Punchline.” This track tells a story of battling to get rid of emotions for a former lover, whom he now realized might not have loved him the same way. He’s now caught between accepting that fact and learning life lessons from it and going back to beg her for another chance.

American Town
Ed Sheeran
Ed Sheeran shares a short story of reconnecting with an old flame on “American Town.” The track is about a holiday Ed Sheeran spends with his countrywoman who resides in America. The two are back together after a long period apart, and get around to enjoying a bunch of fun activities while rekindling the flames of their romance.

Somewhere Only We Know
Keane
Per the FAQ on Keane's website, Keane's drummer Richard Hughes, stated the following: "We've been asked whether "Somewhere Only We Know" is about a specific place, and Tim has been saying that, for him, or us as individuals, it might be about a geographical space, or a feeling; it can mean something individual to each person, and they can interpret it to a memory of theirs... It's perhaps more of a theme rather than a specific message... Feelings that may be universal, without necessarily being totally specific to us, or a place, or a time..." With the nostalgic sentiment and the overall tone of the song, I think Keane is attempting to express a Portuguese term known as 'saudade', which does not have a direct English translation but roughly means "that which we remember because it is gone."
