Random Thoughts

She whispers things right in to my brain And I don't know what to say So I laugh out loud like I don't even care As she starts to walk away So why do I bother? She looks like an elf and smells real bad But she can dance, and she can sing real loud I wonder if I took her home and showed her to my parents Would they be proud , For all she does I guess I should stop thinking about it and try I went to a show late last night I saw that same ol' girl She was dancing away without a care in the world I was hoping that she didn't see me But for all I know She's probably just a real nice girl So I walked up to her and I said Can we go out, get a drink or two Maybe a sprite, or an ice tea Don't worry about the money I've got a couple of bucks so the drinks are on me Yes I know she's not the most beautiful girl in the world But that's quite all right with me We'll be friends for the rest of our lives And I know she's not the most beautiful girl in the world But that's quite all right with me We'll be friends for eternity (oh yeah) I brought her home Introduced her to my mom She said you remind me of a cute little elf Then my dad walked in He asked me what is that smell? So I told them that she can dance and she can sing real loud So I told her to sing a song and show them what you've got So she got down I thought that I was in trouble But my parents just laughed and thought it was a joke I took her home it was getting late about 12:38 I thought her parents were gonna be mad But she said that it was okay I was getting sleepy, I was tired But I know this night we had so much fun So I walked her to the door, I gave her a hug She looked right up to me and smiled She said thank you for all the good times, I had fun maybe we can do it again
