Letters Home

This is the second one today
I'll send this one tomorrow
I'm homesick, yet again
I hope I can come home soon
It's winter now, saw the first snowflake yesterday
Caught it on my tounge

Do the neighbourhood kids still play in the rain
Tell Dad, I'll be home to watch the game
I miss my room, I'll be home soon
I made friends with
My friends, friends, friend, girlfriends friend
She's not bad, she tells me how her boyfriend gets mad
She stayed with us last night
We heard a gentle knock on the door
So we put our mattresses to the floor
Wish I could help, but it's not use
