    General CommentGrohl is a HUGE Zeplin fan. He [obviously] purposely drags out the intro and forgets words, simply to prove to everyone else that you MUST NEVER COVER THIS SONG. You will only ruin it and embarrass yourself and band. The guitar part singing was purely for comic releif... I love David Grohl.

    Dave Grohl fucked this up on purpose, he did it to say that people should never cover this song.

    How could you even forget the lyrics to this song being as big a fan of Led Zeppelin as he is. I know Robert Plant did, but he hates Stairway To Heaven anyway.
