Today I had to make the hardest decision
To set you free
To let you be
For as they say
If you love it let it go
and if it was meant to be
It will come back
Well I hope you come back
I hope we were meant to be

chorus:
the path you chose i long and narrow
and the turns are killer
the lights will dim
and those eyes that shimmer will die
as I die here in silence waiting

the city light seem so beautiful
and full of promise
but they only bring me pain
as another innocent is swept up
to the lies
to the descet
but you must do what you say you must
and I can only sit back to watch you suffer alone
Just as I am alone

chorus

This song is sweet. Mikey I'm glad you set me free. Actually this song is awesome. It's about my best friend finally letting go. I'm so proud of you, you grew up so fast. This is Bcoyle, roadie #1, out.

This song here is about wanting to party and have city life fun. Which I can tell you is fun, but it is empty and you come up empty. Being Single if fun but if love appears in front of your face you shouldn't just forget it. Love doesn't come everyday and you can't find it at the local store. Millions of people are searching for it, so if you find it cherish it and hold it high and when it gets tarnished just polish it off.

Son Şansın - Şarkı Sözleri
Hayalperest
This song seemingly tackles the methods of deception those who manipulate others use to get victims to follow their demands, as well as diverting attention away from important issues. They'll also use it as a means to convince people to hate or kill others by pretending acts of terrorism were committed by the enemy when the acts themselves were done by the masters of control to promote discrimination and hate. It also reinforces the idea that these manipulative forces operate in various locations, infiltrating everyday life without detection, and propagate any and everywhere. In general, it highlights the danger of hidden agendas, manipulation, and distraction, serving as a critique of those who exploit chaos and confusion to control and gain power, depicting a cautionary tale against falling into their traps. It encourages us to question the narratives presented to us and remain vigilant against manipulation in various parts of society.

Holiday
Bee Gees
@[Diderik:33655] "Your a holiday!" Was a popular term used in the 50s/60s to compliment someone on their all around. For example, not only are they beautiful, but they are fun and kind too ... just an all around "holiday". I think your first comment is closer to being accurate. The singer/song writers state "Millions of eyes can see, yet why am i so blind!? When the someone else is me, its unkind its unkind". I believe hes referring to the girl toying with him and using him. He wants something deeper with her, thats why he allows himself to be as a puppet (even though for her fun and games) as long as it makes her happy. But he knows deep down that she doesnt really want to be serious with him and thats what makes him.

Just A Little Lovin'
Dusty Springfield
I don't think it's necessarily about sex. It's about wanting to start the day with some love and affection. Maybe a warm cuddle. I'm not alone in interpreting it that way! For example: "'Just a Little Lovin’ is a timeless country song originally recorded by Eddy Arnold in 1954. The song, written by Eddie Miller and Jimmy Campbell, explores the delicate nuances of love and showcases Arnold’s emotive vocals. It delves into the universal theme of love and how even the smallest gesture of affection can have a profound impact on our lives." https://oldtimemusic.com/the-meaning-behind-the-song-just-a-little-lovin-by-eddy-arnold/
