Go and do what you want
I know that you have the need
But you know that I'll wait
As long as it takes
And you'll never make me
You'll never make me
You'll never make me cry

Now I may not mean everything
But I'm happy to have your love
And don't worry baby
I'll be alright
And I'll never make you
I'll never make you
I'll never make you cry

So go and do what you want
I know that you have the need
And don't worry baby
I'll be alright
You'll never make me
You'll never make me
You'll never make me cry

General CommentYour hostility towards Christine's songs is remarkable. Seems like you have some kind of strange bias. It's a simple, gorgeous, honest song. Tusk is such an experience. Christine's songs are rooted in simple blues lyrics arranged with classicism and jazz in her piano. Listen for it, man. You can hear her move to California and become something else. If you don't enjoy the story inside that song, you shouldn't be allowed to hear it. It's the story. The whole album is the band's story. Go listen to all the songs that charted.

General CommentThis song is one of Christine McVie's many bad ones, but thankfully, it's only 2:14 long.
