Hypnotic mouth talks on fantasy phone
Sanitarium borderline
Gone today and here tommorrow
Killed his taste for switchblades
Locked in our room, reliving old movies
Oh, how she adores him
Join the children of Hell
Where is our pill-crazed brother?
It's only real when it's dark

Sounds like some psycho killer guy. I think "Oh how she adores Him" she might be a mother who loves her murderous son no matter what. He isolates himself in his room, talking on a fantasy phone. For today, anyway. That might be gone tommorow and he might go off and kill someone. It sounds like a swish sound, and then a woman grunting. That's probably supposed to be him killing someone. That was all pretty obvious I guess, I don't like the woman grunting. That's what I got, anyway.
