I think this song is talking about a tough time that someone's been through, and seeing how that one time shouldn't impact the next thing they do, just take it easy and things will get better...

i love this song but i think it drags on a bit
It drags on like many of the songs on this album...but strip them all down and its really a fabulous record
this is my favorite off of be here now...excelent rock and roll song.
