I think this song is about someone who is deeply in love with someone else. She has been dumped or both of them are having difficulty with the relationship and she is just saying to the other person that they love them so much and can't live without them.

This song vividly depicts a painful relationship for the part who truly loves and emotionally attached to the partner,who is oblivious to her unfulfilled needs and to her voice. The partner whose involvement in their relationship consists of receiving love without actually giving one doesn't listen nor willing to understand what shes going through and who she really is. Her voice and heart is out there in the void,unheard. She stands there in agony, in love,lonely too helpless to leave.
