    My favorite TP song. His voice is just filled with emotion as he recounts the tale and how no matter what, and no matter what anyone else said, he knew he had to take the chance and be with this person. His realization the others were correct and he's been hurt, doesn't matter to him. The memory he has of being with her is still all important to him and he has no regrets.

    My favourite Petty song too. There's a desperation to The Wild One Forever. You get the sense that he's looking back at those intense moments years later but the emotions remain fresh.

    The guy in this song decided not to listen to the talk/rumors about this woman. He took a risk. Better than not trying at all.
