I saw a Bengali restaurant named "Chokhi Dhani" after having recently listened to this song so the word similarities made me think, took the Bengali into google translate and it came back as "eyes are rich", I changed it to "chokhi lani" and that came back as "eye candy" or "chokhi loni" as "eye catching"... Possible bad translation like David Byrne's bad French in "Psycho Killer"? Both from the 80s so...
