This song is obviously about drugs. Take for instance, "Hey Mickey, you're so fine, you blow my mind". I believe it may be about taking LSD. Also "Anyway you'll do I'll take it like a man" and "you're givin me the chills baby, please baby don't every night you still leave me all alone mickey" are further evidence to this view point.
When I was younger I thought this song was about "Metal Mickey" a British children's TV programme about a robot that I was watching in the early 80s. Listening to it now, it does not appear to me to be about taking drugs as another poster has suggested. However it does strongly appear to suggest that she is willing for him to give her anal sex.
