This song is not about drugs. I liked this song for a long time before i knew what it was really about. The sunshine in the bag means the soul inside your body, which is what we really are. i know this because one day as i was driving my car from work i got hit by something, a thunderbolt of sunshine as described by the gorillaz in the song "stylo", in one second my whole life flashed before my eyes and i was shown what the universe is. This song is like an instructional video for people who have gone through this experience. Im not happy but im feeling glad because God knows that i exist and he cares about me so much that he gave me this wisdom. time for me is nothing cus im counting no age- hes talking about the fact that in that moment i realized that i have lived many lives, some as a human being some as animals but our souls are very old. Now I couldn't be there Now you shouldn't be scared i also saw my true body that sleeps somewhere in the center of the universe, until im wise enough to wake up, what we truly are is such a perfect being that we must achieve perfect wisdom before opening our eyes. pick and choose sit and loose all your different crews who can you tell this to, who is ready to know? So you can survive when law is lawless after reading the top you already know that this is talking about. Damn right i'm an outlaw, only god can judge me.
