This a song asking for forgiveness that doesn't ignore that people are human and often times need help when they don't want it. It's very sad and humble. At first I thought it was like bleeding me, in that it was about one member's AA problems.

Personally, I can see the relation between this song's lyrics and the mother of a bastard, but I don't think that's what it is. Looking at the other songs on the same disk, I would gather that the writer feels guilty. It could be anything, drugs, sex, disrespecting parents. I really don't know for sure.
On a side note, I like the how the confessional scenerio is set up. |

I think this is a wonderful love song. It soesn't circle the "Oh, you got a sexy bob!" image portrayed by many alleged music bands. A welcomed change.

I think this a sweet song. I specifically listen to songs like this after, say, wrestling tournaments and still hyped and want to settle back down. I find the complete humility and honor of this band incredible. |
