Prize Fighter Inferno – Margretville Dance, The Lyrics 18 years ago
Ridiculous. Awesome, though.

Earth Crisis – Firestorm Lyrics 19 years ago
I'm a drunk, and I still know this song is badass.

"This song makes me want to go beat the shit out of all the drunk fucks out there."

Yeah, definitely. I mean, because you're certainly better than them, and your choice not to drink or smoke or do any drugs (two of which are very legal) gives you the right to "beat the shit" out of them... right?

The Chariot – Die Interviewer (I Am Only Speaking in German) Lyrics 19 years ago
I wonder if the took the title idea from the Simpsons episode, where they're considering letting Sideshow Bob out of jail, and they ask about his tattoo that says "Die Bart Die," and he tells them, "Oh, no! It's just German, for "The Bart, The."

Unearth – Endless Lyrics 19 years ago
Favorite Unearth song.

My friend and I (as stupid as it seems) really want to see them try and make two random audience members beat eachother's asses to the breakdown/s...

"FIGHT... YOU TWO FIGHT... SONG WON'T END... NOW END HIS LIFE..."

Nice.

I believe it's:

Soaks through paper and leaves stains on the table"

Fear Before – Whisky Is Alright In It's Place, But It's Place Is In Hell Lyrics 19 years ago
Sounds to me like somehow had a bad experience with some kentucky bourbon.

Falconer – Decadence Of Dignity Lyrics 19 years ago
This song is amazing, why the hell are there no comments?

It seems like a kind of trite political song, but the music and vocals are still both amazing.

Darkest Hour – Oklahoma Lyrics 19 years ago
They experienced some really bad abuse of authority in Oklahoma while touring. Stuff was stole from their van and they were thrown in jail, I believe.

It may be related to the drug trafficly laws down a particular highway (police have the right to stop any vehicle from out of state, if given proper reason, which is usually faked anyway, and search the car entirely, often times it happens to tourists just passing through on vacation, and things such as luggage and money are confiscated under a loose interpretation of the law).

Much The Same – Quitters Never Win Lyrics 21 years ago
This song is amazing, the band is amazing. I bought a guitar from Gunner, he's a good guy. The meaning is pretty obvious, this song is going on a mixtape to my girl, our relationship is tough to keep up (her rents think I'm too old for her), but quitters never win.

Lil' Wayne – Way Of Life Lyrics 21 years ago
So many songs listed, and yet no one cares enough to comment. Maybe there's a reason for that?

Lil' Romeo – My Baby Lyrics 21 years ago
Like it matters? It's a little kid trying to get tweenage fans by looking 'cute' and having the same image as the other 'gangstas' at the age of 12. It isn't music and don't confuse it for it. Can't ANYONE smell a gemmick anymore?

Ludacris – Rollout (My Business) Lyrics 21 years ago
Heh... someone towards the top said 'emo is trendy'...

That's just awesome, especially when you're in a forum about Ludacris lyrics (no, not ludicrous lyrics, which they are). Rap is one of the worst trends in the past century. There have been some great rap artists (Run DMC, The Beastie Boys, The Roots), but the majority of it (and, sadly, the stuff that gets played on radio and can't be avoided on TV) is pointless, meaningless dribble, yet people still flock to their local music store to buy it. It boggles my mind. Kids will actually pay money to hear someone list off what things they own, how they treat women, and what they'll do if you piss them off. And where does a percentage of that album sale go? To them, so they can make a new song listing off the things they bought with the cash foolish children made for them, hence starting the process all over again.

Rap used to be about community, unity, and finding your place, rising above. Now it's nothing more than something to stick around for a few weeks and fade away when another song comes around. I find it funny that the only rap songs that can come close to being considered 'classic' are either funny (Baby Got Back) and only popular for that reason or are a rap/rock duo (Walk This Way).

"i'm sorry but i dont think i'm gonna see dashboard or nirvana taking over a fucking street with their own bus and eighteen wheelers"

What the hell are you talking about kid? First off, Nirvana is long gone. It's sad but true. I don't know if you knew this or not, but Kurt died. If you didn't actually know that, you should stay away from music entirely, no matter how meaningless and pointless it is (such as the lyrics listed above). Secondly, what does 18-wheelers have to do with music? What does it have to do with quality of music? Nothing that makes rap what it is involves quality of music. Go right ahead, try to prove that point wrong.

"I can't be down with my promiscuous daughter"

Uh, yeah. I think that the father's thoughts are self-explanitory, as well.

Ludacris – Move Bitch Lyrics 21 years ago
Wow... yeah, he's so cute... and we all know what attractiveness has to do with musical talent.

Face it, the guy's a waste of space on the pop charts (though, sadly, 90% of the music in the past five to 10 years has been, but this guy is the bottom of the barrel of even those 'artists'). This isn't music and shouldn't be confused for it.
