Cave-In – Stained Silver Lyrics | 21 years ago |
God youre right those lyrics are SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO wrong! Below are the correct lyrics. Pop culture with a pin Watch it wheeze in the air like a dying balloon A mistake dawned on me And the rest of my tribe Your wish is our command No really, it's ok Give yourselves a group hug and a pat on the back No really, it's alright Pose your best for the shot from the firing squad Choosing my defence I'll stay on the fence Sneak a gun through the gates of heaven Failing tomorrow's prayer Stained silver bullet how it kills me Waiting to follow through On a dare Pop culture, with a pin Watch it make all the worms in your mind disappear Maybe so, maybe not Never sure if it's me underneath the white sheet Halloween, Halloween With a mask I can be your new friend for a while Trick or treat, trick or treat There's a razorblade inside your candy bar Choosing my defence I'll stay on the fence Sneak a gun through the gates of heaven Failing tomorrow's prayer Stained silver bullet how it kills me Waiting to follow through On a dare Pop culture on your skin You cannot keep your fingers away from your face Memories haunting me Like a fish floating dead at the top of a tank (repeats bits of bridge and chorus throughout) |
Manic Street Preachers – Small Black Flowers That Grow In The Sky Lyrics | 21 years ago |
Beautiful. "wanna get out, in here you're bred dead quick". will anyone ever beat Richey's beautiful, touching and scarily real lyrics? i think not |
Manic Street Preachers – The Intense Humming Of Evil Lyrics | 21 years ago |
Arbeit Macht Frei means work equals/brings freedom. this is a VERY haunting song, this album has changed my life forever. btw the sample at the beginning is a sample from a narration from the Nurumberg trials of people who had committed war crimes. it's EXACT source i don't know. |
Manic Street Preachers – Motown Junk Lyrics | 21 years ago |
Right. I've been a hardcore Manics fan for years, but there's seomthing i've been wanting tio know for ages. In the second chorus when he's repeating 'motown junk' he says something between the 2nd and 3rd time he says it. What is it? It sounds like '?something? baby' and by the way it 'revolution' exactly 32 times at the beginning. |
At the Drive-In – Chanbara Lyrics | 21 years ago |
how do you pronouce the title? is it like 'can, baarah' or 'canbah-ra'? |
Cave-In – Crossbearer Lyrics | 21 years ago |
Yes. religion is a lie, made to control the masses and let them live in fear and like a product obeying all the rules. people should have the freedom to do whatever they want in life, as long as it doesnt being harm to others. it's like the novel '1984' put into a lifelong practice. |
Coheed and Cambria – IRO-bot Lyrics | 21 years ago |

Coheed and Cambria – IRO-bot Lyrics | 21 years ago |
Beautiful track, I pieced together all the versions of this song posted so far, and compiled what I thought was that most accurate version so far, this version includes a few minor mistakes that no one else picked up on, and if you listen to this song very loud through earphones with the bass down, i'm sure that this is almost syllable perfect. ------------------------ My Robot In our days we've mourned consignias * The passing glance unstout We've rendered ourselves powerless, fortunate The useless mend the fixed In our every hour it detonates My courage goes unlooked The ride home through perilous The landing goes, I will... You've been a bad boy You've broken all the rules You've been a bad boy You'll get yours paid in full I, robot, will never die My robot will never die You look down but far from out And the paper reads you loose I, robot, will never kill A favour captain, a word with you My system's gone and lost it's mind My right eye has done, shed a tear My gun, i've left behind Systems take me home and disemble me Will I be terminated with you near? Alongside the others that I hold so close If i'm to be killed, then when? By who? You've been a bad boy You've broken all the rules You've been a bad boy You'll get yours paid in full I, robot, will never die My robot will never die You look down but far from out And the paper reads you loose I, robot, will never die ------------------------ * Anyone who knows that correct spelling of this word, or if indeed it is a word, or if it's the correct word please let me know. Thanks. (btw i wasn't sure if the first line was actually one of the following: In our days we've mourned consignias In our days we've mourned in sepia's In our days we've mourned in sleepy eyes thought the first one sounded most right, I can make out a 'c' at the beginning of that word i'm sure) |
