i love the distortion on his voice rather then him just speaking in monotone and being able to understand it...many meanings i'm sure. perhaps about life at the time and when life was and such and how it had all gone to shit. typically billy inspiration but i love it so. |

perhaps it's about billy once knew a long time ago and then they finally met up again but the person 'blue' had to leave shortly but he wanted them to stay. or it could even be the sky and the sun is setting and it won't be 'blue' anymore and he wants it to be daylight for just a while longer... |

starla was the name of a girl billy met in dallas when they were on tour and he thought her name would be great for the title of a song and 2 and a half years later, he met the same girl at a party and he asked if she heard the song they recorded using her name and she said her name was darla. |

it's kind of a song about being sick of everything that's going on and just wanting to go out and do whatever the hell you want and not taking any shit from anybody. kind of a 'the end of school-waiting for summer-fuck the parents-can't drive yet' song. i've felt it all, been there. it sucks, but the song is most kick ass worthy. my favourite off of pisces. |

this is obviously about a girl he met/would like to meet. she could be a hooker or a prostitute or a fan. she taught him 'good things' and 'sweet things'. it was hot although the snow lay on the ground and maybe he was getting high with her because there were 'strange things' and his mind 'has wings' and we could learn something from her mind. she's decieving also because some think she's young although she's old and billy might've even been decieved by her. so it's basically about prostitution/sex, drugs, and lies from my analysis of it. |
