the title of this song is referencing an old theory called backmasking, that when listening to a regular song, if you were to listen to it in reverse it was spreading/speaking subliminal messages and satanic/negative words -- this theory made a lot of people call certain songs or music satanic and it was the devil. This song listened to normally has the subliminal lyrics, however the reversed/backmased version has words of a lady saying positive things instead, like "do your homework" "don't sit close to the t.v." "respect your parents".. etc. So this whole song is literally backmasked but in the oposite way. |
